Refund policy
We want you to love your Sage Matcha experience! However, if for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Here's what you need to know:
- Full refunds will be issued for unopened packages, or packages with at least 5 of the original 6 servings/sachets remaining.
- Returns for opened packages with less than 5 servings remaining will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@sagematcha.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
- Once we receive your returned package and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@sagematcha.com so we can make it right!
Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time for returns can take up to 10 business days.
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For returns, please follow the steps outlined above.
